The New Patient Onboarding Process
Our team aims to make your experience as positive as possible. We design the onboarding process to evaluate your condition and provide care on the same day whenever possible. We understand you’ve come to us seeking relief from a painful condition, and we won’t waste any time helping you feel better.
The first visit begins by completing our intake paperwork, then discussing your condition with one of our experienced doctors, followed by a focused physical examination to understand your unique needs better.
We value your time and provide you with the attention you deserve. Please allow approximately 45 minutes to an hour for your first visit to ensure we have enough time to address your concerns.
Returning for the Second Visit
At your second appointment, we will evaluate your response to the initial session and determine whether the plan should remain the same or be adjusted in any way. This visit also provides an opportunity to ask any follow-up questions you might have.
The Review of Financial Matters
We believe in being upfront and transparent with our patients regarding all financial matters. Our friendly front desk staff will provide detailed information about the financial aspects of your care and any responsibilities you may have. If you have any additional questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask.
We understand cost can be a concern, so our fees are very affordable. We’re in-network with most insurance providers and can verify coverage and answer your questions over the phone before your appointment so you’ll know what to expect.
We accept major credit cards and health savings accounts to cover your chiropractic expenses. Military discounts on select products and services are offered throughout the year.
